This is a pretty decent macro. Your focal point is fair, the detail is impressive, and the colors are very rich. I quite enjoy the angle of which this photograph is taken of. However, within the center of the flower the blurr could have been reduced a bit making that the main point of focus. Also, most flower macros look like this. Try to generate unique flower macros here is a tip: attempt to try taking the photograph from underneath the flower. Mess around with perspective. However, what you did is great because you off centered the the flower making it interesting. I suggest getting a 30mm lens. 50mm is good however you will get more close and get more detail with a 30mm lens rather then a 50mm lens. Watch your doth. Within this photo it is kind of everywhere and messes with the eyes. Try to find where you want your views to be attentive to the most and make that your main focal point. Mess around with aperture and use it wisely. The light in this photo is very bland. It is very dull. Try to bring more light effect in to your macro images. However not too much that you lose detail. Just make it enough to make the photo even more appealing and not so boring. However nonetheless, this is good. But could be better. Just watch your doth, light.. and you should be find. your perspective is really good, but try not to make it look like some ordinary macro. Mess around with different perspectives. Make it art! Have fun.
